Today again on 10th Jan 2018, Microsoft again starting accepting payment through Bitcoin on its platform. As per Microsoft spokesperson “they have restored bitcoin as a payment option in their stores after working with their provider to ensure that a low amount of bitcoin amount is also redeemable by all customers.

A user can purchase games, apps, movies and music from its Windows and Xbox store. Buying of physical products are however still not allowed.

As bitcoin prices are highly unstable in previous days so during last week Microsoft stop accepting payment through Bitcoin but today again it started to accept payment via Bitcoin. Microsoft is accepting bitcoin as a payment method from Dec 2014 on its software platforms.

A user can add bitcoin in the Microsoft account and make purchases of apps, video and games. This service allow user to make purchase on current market prices. As per Microsoft they have done changes in their payment platform that now small amount of bitcoin payments is also accepted.

This will ensure that in future also Microsoft will fully accept and support block chain currency bitcoin.
