Common sense will tell you that by looking at the domain name alone, this site is not legit. And you said that they are fairly new. For me this is another sign of a scam site and just recycled one. One scam site closes, another one open in matter of days. And if there is a chance that they are not a scam site, I still wouldn't buy from them. Would rather go to the manufacturer directly, to relieved me of such stress about my order.

My friendly advise dude, Just go to bitmain and order what you need. Don't risk your money. And as other suggested, maybe you can find something in the computer section. Here's the link:

No, the escrow here at the forum is usually done with Bitcoin or with other cryptos.

Do people ever escrow paypal?  I only have about $300 in BTC right now.  I'd order from bitmain, but I can't get BCH in my state (anyone from NYS have an exchange that does?).  Thanks again for all of your help.

as a side note, if i get that "you posted 360 seconds ago" message again, I might lose it.

Anyone willing to explain how escrow works?  I would search it, but as a newbie I have very limited access to posting/searching.
Is it basically a trusted 3rd party who holds the BTC until the goods have been received?

Yes.

Philipma1957 and OgNasty are for example trusted forum members here, who have done lots of escrows.

Thanks!  Yeah I don't want to wait weeks/months for a miner.  Also I don't have a lot of crypto now, and my state (NYS) doesn't allow access to all exchanges which limits my ability to buy alt coins.  Anyone willing to explain how escrow works?  I would search it, but as a newbie I have very limited access to posting/searching.  Is it basically a trusted 3rd party who holds the BTC until the goods have been received?

Bitmain themselves are the best option most of the time, unfortunately their batches are pretty much preorders as you likely already know.

The computer hardware section of this forum is a nice place to go searching for miner deals, if you see something there you like make sure to use escrow on the transaction (always!). Not many actual 'stores' that are legit that I know of otherwise. Holybitcoin is legit but their miners have been OOS most of the time.
