I think that they just want to make some big scams and make a big name by using Mike Tyson.. this is really weird thing you know
He doesn't have a clue what he's gotten into, and still probably doesn't. He probably never even heard of Bitcoin so far 
This was just someone telling him "there's good money here if you give your name and face" and he went for it... This will most probably end up nowhere.

as long as he is promoting bitcoin who care 5M of new follower is a lot almost x3 of current bitcoin users base, the price should go x3 if we follow a linear increase, but since it isn't linear it will go much higher
Indeed, the awareness a tweet like this creates should not be underestimated. Anybody can pull a graph that shows google searches for bitcoin after this tweet?

Nevertheless I am regreting if this turns out as a scam. We do need every bit of help for promotion and adoption out there.

If there was one thing I was sure I wouldn't see when I started getting into Bitcoin four years ago, it was a Mike Tyson branded ATM 
From scammers, to people stealing, celebrities/widely known people talking about Bitcoin and naked women promoting Bitcoin, I think we've pretty much seen everything.
