get a plastic crate from Lowes, they are 5 bucks and you wont have any heat problems. can fit a full rig in them.

I think with the current high cost of plastic filament building something that was sturdy would not be cost effective.
If i had access to one I would defiantly try it though ...

Aluminium was cheap. The bloody connectors were expensive. Alotogether including the VAT and £10 delivery it was £63 with 1m spare aluminium tubing Cheesy

And it was pre-cut so i just have to put it together Cheesy

I'd imagine you should just check it every few hours as it gets going and see if it's ok. I could see milk crates melting so I'd keep an eye on it. Like putting plastic in the microwave...
