The client had the update @ 75k and ended up forking, this has (widely) been regarded to as a bad move. :p

actually no, it syncs sometimes and doesn't others. not exactly a reliable coin system, is it?

and after mining for some time and getting accepted blocks, I show 11 blocks solved on my miner but 2 in mincoin. Make that 1 in mincoin now that I restarted.

WTF is up? The overview shows 7 transactions, but I only show one Transaction in the list for 2 mined coins. There should be many more, and why did the other mined coins showing disappear?

I'm moving to a different coin. This one is too flaky and doesn't appear to be supported. I smell a scam.

Turns out v0.6.0.4 is required after block 75000. That seems to have fixed things.

Win client here. Not sure about Mac

I had the same issue. I even tried sending some mnc when it was stuck trying to sync all day long. it still sent out the coins. But all is better now.

I actually got it to work now, I just restarted it a couple times and it synced.

It's not just the Mac version. I've got the win32 0.6.3 beta and it's not downloading anything past 75033. It was stuck at 75029 for the longest while but seems to have picked up a couple more blocks.

It tells me it's up to date, with the last block received 7 seconds ago... but that hasn't changed in hours.

restarted, adn see it's trying to download over 2000 blocks but it just never does.

This may be a colossal waste of time and energy.

I just downloaded the Mincoin qt client (some mac versions I got from http://mincointalk.com/index.php?topic=46.0, not sure how "official" this is) and I'm syncing the blockchain right now, but it seems to be stuck on 74999 out of 75029 blocks, and it's been like that for a while now. Has anyone else with the mac version tried this out yet?
