.Unfortunately everything you said and more can be accomplished using 5G hardware. There is a reason the US and China are in a cutthroat battle over the world's 5G systems, because it has dual use as a weapons platform.

The thing is to chosen our battles with care and discernment.
1st as 5G is a weapon system too, it's not dangerous as such. Weapons are not dangerous. Yes you can target individual or groups, as the 5G beam can be aimed. Yes, 5G will cause lot of harms, and participate in the soft kill. However contrary to the nuke or gmo industry it's effects are controllable. Meaning it's quite easy to stop it. Just shoot the boxes, make it illegal and the doom stops. Once a gmo X breed and a biological chain reaction starts, burning all the fields will not be enough to stop it, as the crossing and mutation reactions can't be controlled. The same is true with nukes, once a plant blows, waste fuel leaks or this type of events there is no way to put the proverbial genie back in the bottle. That's why I think it's not first order issue
