Read. That's the best advice I can give you.

Read threads in different areas of this forum, not just spammy megathreads, look for substance.

Check out bitcoin wiki, there is some pretty good stuff there. Use google you can find everything you want to know with the click of a few buttons.

Don't focus on your rank; if you put in the effort you will be able to contribute to the forum and then you will begin to rank up.

And before posting anywhere else read the stickied posts at the top of the section, there is useful information there.

Dude, chillout. Here’s what you need to do. While you’re still a newbie rank, you should maximize your time to learn rules and the system of course. Ask fruitful questions and of course research. You won’t even notice you’re already a Jr. Member after doing those stuff.

As a newbie our best and first thing to do is read a lot of threads. There’s a search engine, we can already know all of the topics that’s been confusing us. But if you really want to earn now, try to join the social media campaign, some of them accepts newbie like us but there’s no guarantee that you will earn a big amount in that campaign. Let’s just read a lot and have a quality post for us to gain a higher rank and luckily be merited because the higher your rank is, the more chances of getting into a campaign with a bigger earnings.

I would not recommend you to focus on earning especially when you are in the early phase of learning. This forum is all about sharing and seeking the knowledge regarding Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, everything else is a secondary. If you want to learn about mining then invest your time and read as much as posts from mining section. Some newbies end up with a red tag on their profile because they make mistakes and try to do something that is against rules just because they want to earn quick money.

If you went here to bitcointalk solely for the money, then you might as well quit now. You won't be making much without knowledge. If your plan is just to pretty much sell your personal information to bounty programs, then go ahead. But if you want to go to the correct route, study.

Also, don't forget to read the pinned topics.
