I'd be mining Credits(CRDS) as it's CPU only. You won't be competing with GPU's like you would for nearly all other altcoins.

I think you should mine Aeon on CPU right now. Each coin is worth 4-5USD. XMR-stak will setup the settings for the CPU and GPUs.

Yeah, new coins will be the way to go there. Not sure if there's anything newer that's viable, but I'm mining Electroneum w/ the CPU on my rig. I don't get much, but the CPU will just be sitting there otherwise, and the price of ETN seems to be on the upswing currently
