The first official release is out and available at the Github releases page.

There are lots of small improvements and fixes, but the highlights are:

  • A standard Windows installer is now provided
  • Option to automatically download cgminer
  • New options for adjusting profitability
  • Option to detect and prompt to kill miners the app does not own
  • Improved options for relaunching miners, including watching for sick, dead, frozen, or crashed miners

Tell your friends & feedback welcome!

Just a small bump to note that PR4 is up with lots of small fixes and improvements, notably:

  • Option to base profitability on any of the following: Adjusted Profitability, Average Profitability, or Straight Profitability
  • Option to toggle Desktop Mode, which will override miners with the -I D flag
  • Option to disable GPU support, allowing the program to be used without Open CL
  • Fixed crashes after deleting a coin that is currently selected for mining
  • Gracefully handle using the app without backend miners installed
  • Support for minimizing the app to the notification area in Windows

Your feedback is welcome!

As I started dabbling in multiple crypto-currencies I began to gather more and more batch files that would mine different coins using different combinations of GPU's and USB devices on my rigs. For instance maybe I wanted all GPU's on Litecoin, or some on Novacoin and some on Litecoin, etc.

So I created a simple application that makes it very easy to setup multiple currencies and then to toggle each individual mining device on a system between those coins. It also has a mode that will automatically choose the most profitable coin.

The official thread for the software, MultiMiner, is here. I'm not trying to cross-post or spam but thought folks in this forum might appreciate the software and have some feedback. You can also dig around and contribute to the source code here.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!
