Which OS is this script for? I'm guessing Windows since it's a bat file, but it would be helpful to include that info in your post.

Instructions:
Simply place ufasoft's coin miner (available at http://ufasoft.com/coin) and/or poclbm (available at https://github.com/m0mchil/poclbm/downloads) in the same folder as this batch file for Windows, and run it. The file will prompt you to enter your username, password, pool, port of the pool, and extra flags if you want them. Then, it runs the miner with your input!
Use Wine, available at winehq.org, to run the script on a Mac or Linux PC.

BONUS:
Every time you run the script, it will generate a batch file for poclbm/coin-miner.exe based on your input! The files will be called poclbm.bat and coin-miner.bat. Just run those files every time you want to use the same configuration. The file gets replaced every time you use runWithPrompts-consumer.bat, aka MineMeBitcoins.

This software has been only tested with CPU mining, as I lack a GPU for testing. I did not include poclbm and coin-miner with the batch file for legal reasons.
