As a request, can anyone mining for profit with a GPU test out this script to see if it works properly? It should, but I just need confirmation.

Version v1.2 is up and adds auto downloads courtesy of 7za.exe and wget.exe, so that you don't have to manually move the miners in the folder! Also, on a more minor note (pun not intended), the script only notifies the current time, not the last run time.

CHANGELOG:

v1.0: Initial release
v1.1: Added Intel desktop GPU support and time of last run info.
v1.1.1: Minor word usage errors fixed.
v1.2: Adds auto-downloads, so no placing the miner manually. Changes time of last run to current time.
v1.2.1: Title added, fixed bug with checking if pool was up, and word usage fixed.
v1.3: Changed timing of internet check, plus fixed bug that occurs if download of files is interrupted.
v1.3.1: Adds MD5 check for downloads.
v1.4: MD5 check removed, separate script for getting files included.

Instructions:

Run getFiles.bat and the file will download everything you need and delete itself.
The file will prompt you to enter your username, password, pool, port of the pool, and extra flags if you want them. Then, it runs poclbm if you have a GPU, and ufasoft's coin miner if you have a CPU, with your input! The script itself downloads the necessary files.

Use Wine, available at winehq.org, to run the script on a Mac or Linux PC.

BONUS:

Every time you run the script, it will generate a batch file for poclbm/coin-miner.exe based on your input! The files will be called poclbm.bat and coin-miner.bat. Just run those files every time you want to use the same configuration. The file gets replaced every time you use runWithPrompts-consumer.bat, aka MineMeBitcoins.

DISCLAIMER:

This software has been only tested with CPU mining, as I lack a GPU for testing. I did not include poclbm and coin-miner with the batch file for legal reasons.

Please turn off your antivirus software for the script to work.
