I have 6 erupters, been running them 24/7 for a little over a month now. The weird thing is, I can plug them in individually into my motherboard's usb slots and use cgminer, but when using the hub (Orico Super Speed 10) have to use BFGminer to get them running.. for whatever the reason cgminer won't pick the hub up.

OK this is making more sense what I have pieced together then is most likely cgminer doesn't work with USB 3.0 hubs but BFGminer can. If this is your hub Super Speed 10 Port USB 3.0 HUB with Power Switch Aluminum alloy hub ORICO A3H10. Thank you

Probably because starting with 3.2.0 cgminer rewrote its USB instructions and if you dont have the right usb drivers installed it doesnt play well.  Solution for most people are to either downgrade back to 3.1.1 or to switch over the minepeon to BFG and use it as they can keep it updated and they still use the old set of drivers.

Thank you it seems they downgraded to 3.1.1 for some reason not sure but found this comment

I had to roll back to cgminer 3.1.1 to get multiple eruptors playing nice.

But either way that tip helps a ton thanks.

I had to recompile a newer cgminer to get mine to work.  If minepeon has a cgminer 3.2 or above you should be fine.

Does anyone know with Minepeon on the Raspberry Pi do you need any special configs to get Asic USB devices working?
