Need more information to be able to help, what pool, potentially something wrong in your .bat file or you might not have reached the threshold for a payment.

It means you are solo mining right? Or you are mining to mining pool and using an address on your desktop wallet as a payout address from the mining pool? If you are solo mining, your rig needs to resolve block to receive the block reward (coins). If you are using mining pool, check the mining pool, if there need to manually payout request or maybe need to reach minimum payout.
