So I now have four of them.

2 are filled with 8 cards
1 has 5 cards
1 is empty

I am overwhelmed with a lot of real life shit so I have not posted much on this.

I will get back to it.

This case has a clone the octominer.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LR4vICzqh3M

down side is order it from overseas must buy 5 and they basically kind of ignore buyer that want 5 or 10

Minerdude will sell you 1 piece and ship quickly

here is a redpanda test of the amd 6600xt

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bvxqHsiG-8g

I may get a few more from minerdude next week. I need to figure out all my gear amounts before I decide what to do.

97.30 kwatts at midnight
99.35 kwatts at 1 am
109.63 kwatts at 6 am

so it burned 12.33 kwatts  in six hours

Or 2.055 an hour. at my summer power rate of 16 cents that is about 7.89

it earned 6.69 cents an mh or 705 x that which is 47.16

47.16 - 7.89 = 39.27 a day about 14,335 in a year if it all stays flat

this rig cost me about 13,900 to build.

Now a lot of the cards have been mining prior to the case. I think it has earned close to 8k already.

So mid night to mid night is 24 hours

and to noon is 12 more = 36 hours.

it is 2:42 so 3 more = 39 hours.

so at 3:00pm we should be at 179 kwatts for 39 hours.

I will check on the kwatt meter in 15 min to get a 39 hour reading.

I will film the temporal garage setup.  But frankly I may end up with the 2 units mining all winter in the garage.

These cases will allow for a neat space not taking a lot of room. In your garage.

They are making close to 40 a day after power cost. my power is 16 cents in the summer.
we are at 177.69-97.30 = 80.39 kwatts or 80.39/39= 2,061 watts

Video link

https://youtu.be/w2lV2t2jad4.

this will take time to publish

second video lets you hear that it is not a terribly loud rig.

This is only the case with fans on board, no power supply no GPU cables and the seller is selling for 1400$? That's a waste of money for newbies cause I can buy 12gpu case at way lesser price than this, anyways thanks for sharing I'm sure big farm owners will love it 🤩

Deleted this since it is wrong comment.

At Sxemini thanks for bothering to read and comprehend.

Anyone with good gpus access will like this case.

If you can get the nvidia 3060ti

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/nvidia-geforce-rtx-3060-ti-8gb-gddr6-pci-express-4-0-graphics-card-steel-and-black/6439402.p?

or the amd radeon rx5600

https://www.ebay.com/itm/255085522858?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/265285059412?

This case is really good.

the amd radeon 5700

https://www.ebay.com/itm/403105239192?

all would fit in easy and run well.

I especially like that it used a ssd to run smos. far better than a usb stick.

Is it worth the price of admission for the right guy yes.

What I like is you can run a beast in your garage and use 120 volts.

put in 5x evga 3090 ftw3 and 1 nvidia 3060ti.
you get just over 610mh burn under 1650 watts which a 20 amp 120 volt line can do.
run it in your garage. and it is not crazy loud.

So a guy that values a neat garage and wants to home mine can set it and forget.
610 mh today earns 610 x .701 = 42 bucks it would burn 40 kwatts or 6 bucks at 15 cent power.

it clears just over 35 a day.  So yeah a big mine with access to lots of gpus would want it.

But it is quiet I will film a video today showing the item running.

I just finished a temp setup on a wire rack in my garage.
This case would allow me to mine 700 mh quietly and take almost no space.
2 of them would all me to mine 700 mh + 620 mh = 1.32gh that would take 1x 30 amp 240 volt circuit  about 4kwatts for the two rigs.

When I show the setup tommorrow you can see a garage miner may want these.

Winter is not far

my power drops from 16 cents to 13 cents in the house.
I can use the heat.
I may run 2 rigs the whole winter.
I have to assess all my gpus and figure if I want more of these cases.

97.30 kwatts at midnight
99.35 kwatts at 1 am
so it burns 2 kwatts

I can supply 12 kwatts to the garage but it get hot even in the winter.

I can do 3 of these rigs in the winter for sure which is 6 kwatts. maybe 4 of them

I checked my card inventory and

I do have 12 msi 5600 cards I think they could fit in the case. would do 12 x 37 = 444 and maybe 1200 watts

You can read the description on the page? Not really. 3x 1200w power supply included, cpu included, ram included, mainboard included, you only need 3 power cables for the 3 power supplies.

But yes i would never pay 1400$ for a rig case.

slot 11 has the kingpin and the large radiator zip tied to the case.
along with the other added cooling fans

nice shot of radiator it is huge and was done more for fun and to see if the psu's can hand six 3090's and a 3060ti

there will be an evga 3090 ftw3 in that slot and the case will have 5 of them and the 1 3060ti

but for now lets play around  Grin

top view of case
36 inches by 16 inches by 8 if closed.

I will do a few videos later in the week.

This build at retail would be more  then 14k

6x 3090 = over 12,000
1x 3060ti fe = 400
1 case = 1400 plus shipping

13800 plus the shipping

it is doing about 705mh and burning maybe 1900 watts or maybe 50 kwatts a day

so 705 x 7 = 49.35- 5 = 44.35 profit if eth pays 7 cents an mh and you have 10 cent power.

44.35 x 320 = 14192

320 days to pay it off if every thing is flat.

Love the case.

wish I had 12 of those 3060ti fe cards

I would drop them in this case and get 55 x 12 = 660 mh for 1600 watts

case would be sealed and you could do a ton of hash on a simple 4 foot wide 5 shelf rack like this one.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/311864355012?

5 rigs and a pdu.

about 9-10 kwatts and 3.5gh

Since I was playing around I actually did a riser to slot 2 . slot 1 has the nvidia 3060ti fe style from the omen pc slot 3 has an evga 3090 FTW3 Ultra

My gigabyte 3090 gaming card is riser mounted atop a maple board sitting on the 3pack psu this gpu gets hot ram so it is not case mounted. When I get my other evga 3090 ftw3 cards I will alter the case.. This shows the 3 slots 1 + 2 + 3  nicely.

this photo shows slots 3,5,7,9,11

3   = evga 3090 ftw3
5   = evga 3090 ftw3
7   = evga 3090 ftw3
9   = evga 3090 ftw3
11 = evga kinpin hybrid

from miner dude sales thread.
Okay been busy they came a few days ago.

They are big units and heavy .

Very solid case not thin shit.

The 3 psu's are bridge/balanced so all jacks are interchange able.

He supplies 3 hp 1200 platinum psu's

used gold with the black jack are 75 bucks.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/294353631519?

used plat are 130

https://www.ebay.com/itm/224577138140? his look new and new they are costly over 500 for 3 new ones.

so 3x 130 = 390

plus the bridge that allows interchangeable pcie cables.

has to be 30 or more

420

case is very solid at least 150

570

mobo is hard to find I sourced some barebones ones early in the year at 260 each and these have custom attachments to the rig.

830.

some ram 20

850

cables 70

920

ssd 20

940 in parts could get you a close knock off case, but good luck sourcing them all and designing it to fit as well as these do.

This case can do 120 volts and 2700 watts

or 230 volts and 3600 watts.

My goal is a five card evga 3090 ftw3 build.

it will pull about 1500 watts and do 560-580 mh.

I started the build with 3 cards

17.61 kwatt is my meter  at 11:34pm

since the case has five good  fans it will pull at least 950 watts for 3 cards

what is nice is if you have 120 volt power this rig can do 5x 3090's

If I could source  the 3060ti fe

that come in the  hp omen pc this rig could do 10 of them maybe 11 or 12.

10 for sure as the 3060ti fe in the omen are thin.  they would be the best card for this rig.

the 3070 fe also in the omen and the Alienware desktops are good for doing 10 or maybe 11,12 in this rig.

The spacing is good for 2 slot gpus.  amd 5700 blowers would be good.

But I am going with fat evga 3090 ftw3 cards since I can get them. I have a fourth coming tomorrow.

I will photo this build and do a video.

My consideration for my review was a decent discount on the 2 units. maybe 20-25% off retail.

I will point out all good and all weakness in the unit.

I will tell you now:

If I could get 30 evga 3090 ftw3 at retail I would buy four more of these cases and build six 5 card rigs.

If I could get 60   3060ti fe cards like the ones in the omen desktop .  I would buy 4 more of these and build six 10 card rigs.

meaning I like the gear a lot.

11:34 pm 17.61
12:34 am 18.64.

means it pulled 1.03 kwatts. a longer reading will be more accurate also using  4 or 5 evga 3090's and maybe 1 nvidia 3060ti fe from a hp pc will get it to be more efficient as the 5  case fans will pull the same for 3 cards or 5 cards. say 90 watts  for the 5 of them.

edit

at

8:34 am 9 hours in

kwatt meter reads.

So I added 1 evga 3090 and 1 nvidia 3060ti
so 4 3090's and 1 3060ti
rig is doing 500 mh

Build can be closed and is very neat with 5 or 6 cards.

4x 3090 1x 3060ti

or

5x 3090 1x 3060ti

but I fucked around

And I squeezed in every 3090 I have 6 of them and the 1 3060ti.

so it does about 705mh and uses about 1800 watts

6x 3090 1x 3060ti

doing 705-710mh and about 1800-1900 watts

the 705-710 hash is 300 more than my old
1080ti rig. which could do 410

For big cards this is maxed and I can not close the lid.

I will photo it and  shoot a few videos on you tube.

I grabbed 2 of these from miner dude.

https://minerdude.com/product/pre-order-minerdude-x12-xtreme-12-gpu-smart-mining-rig-pre-order-delivery-late-aug-early-sept/

This is a promised review. I received a discount on my 2 cases around 20-25%.

First off they are big sturdy units. 12  3x space slots.

They would be god like for 12x amd 5700 blower cards.

But I do not have 12 x amd 5700 blower cards.

So I was going to build 5x 3090 evga 3090 and 1 x 3060ti FE style edition puled from an omen pc.

After playing around. I decided to squeeze in every 3090x in my house and the 3060ti fe card.

So it is a 7 card rig. and since one of the cards was a kingpin 3090 with a huge water cooler I knew this first build was going to be open case.
