Please note that he defended them a little over ONE FULL YEAR ago. It's a pretty different story now. Stop digging up ridiculously old threads.

Frankenmint I can honestly not understand how you can stand up for these guys. Lots of people have not received their orders from them, yes I am still waiting for my X-1 shipment which I ordered over 12 months ago.

Matt, please give us more news about our prospero x-3 refunds. Dont ask me to write you to [email protected] because you are ignoring me, just after I ask you about refund. You can write me to pm, because now I have really big doubts about your company, when my order is lost and just after I ask about refund, you start to ignore me. You can write me to pm.

First up, I'm disappointed at how long my order took to come to me.  Matt told me on March 12 that my order was shipping that night and it didn't go out until close to 10 days afterwards.  USPS records show that.

Second, they didn't ship U2 miners as we agreed, they shipped U1 miners.  We had agreed that U2 miners would be shipped, given the reduction in price for the U1 miners while I was waiting for the deposit to be confirmed.

What's most disappointing is that they responded to me while the money was pending but now that they have my money they are silent and did not ship what I asked for.

I won't be using their store again and I will be spreading the news that they are unreliable.  Not that it makes any difference to them at all as they don't seem to be responding to me.

If this were Paypal I would be asking for my money back.  It's stores like minersource.net that make dealing over the Internet a risky one.  Their store doesn't give people like me any confidence in doing business with Bitcoin.

Add to that, gawminers are great, they communicate well and sent me exactly what I had ordered.

Very disappointing minersource.net.  Angry

They are a scam. Luckily i've only lost 0.18 bitcoins as a result. Never do business with them no matter how legit they look,

NOT SCAM!!!! I REPEAT THEY ARE NOT SCAMMERS!!!  I sent in my failed antminer s1 blade (2 blades per device but one was defective and wouldnt power on at all)  and they did indeed replace them.  BA is a different story altogether, but I believe that Miner Resource is the real deal.  I also met them at BTC Miami and they were nice enough to give me a FREE Antminer U1.

I repeat  NOT SCAMMERS, THEY ARE LEGIT!!!!

Edit:  they charge an arm and a leg for shipping.  I'm not paying 75 dollars to buy a server psu and adapter.  That is a total ripoff.  That doesnt make them scammers, but that is a shady business practice.

How is it a scam if its added to Black Arrow site as a reseller?

http://www.blackarrowsoftware.com/store/resellers.html

Not unless there site was hacked and the hackers/scammers added that link hmm,you could need to contact BlackArrow and ask why is minersource a legit seller with 0 sales?

minersource is a scam!!! Be aware!!! I've been scamed with 0.95BTC!!!

yes please they seem legit and i'd like to preorder a prospero x-1. I don't see paypal on their site though, or can u use paypal @ coinbase? with chargebacks? I'm not too fond of wire transfers, or can you have these clawed back if you're scammed as well? I'm in europe, I've never sent money to the us via wire transfer.

Who do you use for escrow?

We use BitMerch for our Bitcoin Payment Gateway. Soon to be Bitpay.

Okay, so that's who handles the payments, but what happens if I drop $5K on 10 Blades with a backplane and you don't
send anything? It doesn't say anything about that on BitMerch's website.

Isn't it too expensive to sell the 16Ghz power on the hashing ports given that they won't go live until december?

Good question and Im glad you asked it. The ports are for the lifetime of the TerraMiner. Furthermore, you get more Gh for your buck. Its considerably cheaper than AsicMiner (Blades are 10Gh and they go for 699.) So theoretically, you could buy 64/Gh for the price of a blade now even if it is in December, the projected difficulty, you'll still get your money back in two weeks. You're not just buying a share. You're buying a product. Cointerra is pretty much the bleeding edge.

What colours are your block erupters?

Everyone in the latest batch. They've been randomized but if you want a particular color I'll see what I can do for you. Just PM me.

I'm curious as to how valid this site is. As in How many USB asics have been sold, What are the extra fees (if any) How long does shipping take, Warranty on faulty products, shipping fees? Any more information would be helpful.

We sold and shipped about 5 USB BE this week so far. No extra fees. Shipping is free unless you want to upgrade to Priority Mail. Handling time is apx 1 to 2 days tops. Pretty cut and dry really. We're working on accepting bitcoin on the site. Paypal Verified.

We get some complaints because our return policy is pretty much final but we had some buyers who would abuse the policy by mining with their orders for a couple of weeks and then return the items hence mining for free. So we had to make all orders final but there is still a manufacturers warranty. I hope I gave you the information you were looking for. If you want to know more just pm me.
