@kryptogunner it's run through StartEngine so the shares would legally be filed in your name as a private investor - it's just basic common equity

@legendster nope, the $428 investment is for an equity portion of the company - you would become a shareholder.

Our hope is that with the capital from this fundraise we can expand our facility to the point that it's even more profitable to provide mining infrastructure, allowing our customers access to slightly cheaper pricing and increasing the value of the company for our shareholders.

If you'd prefer to use our services as an actual customer we have fairly competitive rates for small-scale miners.

Happy to answer any other questions.

What is the legal arrangement for allocating those shares?

Hi everyone,

Recently MineryTech launched the first ever crowdfunding campaign for a crypto mining colocation: https://www.startengine.com/minerytech

As the mining industry becomes more centralized, every day miners find themselves in a position where they can’t compete with the large operations. Industrial operations achieve significant cost reductions through economies of scale.

Let's decentralize the industry together. By pooling together our resources we can get cheap industrial electricity rates and allow retail miners to compete with the large centralized players. We are now selling real equity in our business where you can directly own a part of a industrial mining operation. Shares in our company can be bought at $4.28/share with a minimum investment of 100 shares.

The capital obtained through the crowdfunding raise will be used to further build out facility. We currently have roughly 1.5MW of power online. With a successful raise we hope to build to 4MW and beyond.
