The idea was a cloud mining exchange where people can transfer mining power between accounts, buy or sell it and use that power to mine a few different coins making a market value for the mining power and it's transferable. People could sell their power privately for Paypal or Bitcoin or whatever and transfer it to another minex account using someones email... account number, then they'd have x amount of power 'MH/s they could direct to mine either Litecoin, Darkcoin or any number of coins... mine x... minex.io
