the minimum payout is 0.3 XMR, so you have to wait and if you mine to an exchange, the minimum payout is 5 XMR
It depends on what the minimum payout is on the pool. That's something you should check before you start mining on a pool since a lot of XMR pools have a high payout threshold of 0.5 XMR or more. If you have a low hash rate, it could take months to receive a payout.
