Bitcoins are mineable while other alt coins are not mineable.

Many coins other than bitcoin are mineable.

So apart from being technical guy if anyone want to set up a mining firm,
What are the minimum set up need for mining any coin and what would be the profit?

Let's categories minimum set on basis of different class who wants to setup a mining by themself.
a. Student  b. Short Term investor(less than 3 people) c. Big investor(min 10 people)

The minimum for Bitcoin is going to be about $1500. That is about the cost of a single S9 ASIC miner. The minimum for mining most other coins is the cost of a computer.

Profit depends primarily on the cost of electricity.
