Bitmain is issuing a refund as compensation for the under spec S3-es.
There are two options, the default one is to get 10% of the order amount as coupon.
The second option is to get a 7.7% refund of the order.
I'm waiting to see how the miners will perform and will look into which option is better.
There are three options for us.
Priority 1) Additional Shares equivalent to the refund

Real price per share, Breakeven Point and ROI is not predictable now.
The End of life of an ASIC device is when it stops earning above power cost.
Expecting a breakeven point below 120Days but, we don't know.
Finally the advice I can give you in this sector and Stock Markets is,
"Don't Put What You Are Not Ready To Loose" & "Don't Do What You Don't Understand".

Later for new reservations the reservation structure changed as below
BTC0.01/Share till 10 Shares and 0.005/Share above that in-order to limit shareholder from now. If there is anything in excess will be paid back, it depends up on bitmaintech price+psu+duty.
