If you have an AMD GPU 5000 series and I think it is profitable for most cards. It is an easy way to get a few bitcoins if you are willing to let your card(s) run for a few weeks or months.
It's worth it if you have a high enough hashrate.
It is not worth mining Bitcoin on my nVidia GTX 460 ti.
