And if you'd received mines on time you would have mined X bitcoin. But right now, you've got nothing but empty promises.
Did you pay with credit card? If so, I'd check on the timeframe your card issuer will allow you to charge back. You definitely got the short straw. I don't know what else to tell you. Wish in one hand and shit in the other, and which one fills up faster. You got a shitty deal, but time is money here.

I think they’re saying hey, I know you paid for 43.8 TH but we can’t fill that orders here’s an 11TH machine I doubt they’re going to offer me 4 of these to get 44 TH for what I PAID FOR 6 Avalon 741s considering they’ve upped the price on those 3 times since I placed my order.

This sounds like a screwup from the distributor and not Canaan.
It also sounds like you have not done your due diligence if you just waited around months for emails instead of following up immediately.

All of that changed yesterday when they finally after 70 days of lies told me they can’t fill the orders.
I’ve replied to that email twice! And I’ve emailed them 6 times yet to get a response from them directly.
I’m not making this up.

I doubt they'd reply "Yo we can't fulfill that order, and we're keeping the cash, ciao lol", Canaan would flip if one of their 2 Distributor in NA was skimming by ripping off clients. I have the emails that state “The good thing is your miners are paid for and Promised to those who’ve already paid for them”
Followed by emails that state “we can not fullfill the December shipment orders but we’ll get back to you with pricing for some 821’s”

Have you kept records of your attempted communications with both companies? Have you called?

But, I’m posting here to just state that miners are now even at a riskier game because these companies can keep your money for 3 months and then realize the price of bitcoin went up so they don’t want to honor the pricing they originally agreed to. So they want to give you less Terrahash/S for more money. With supposedly more efficient power.

Still haven’t gotten anything. And they’re not going to deliver the 741s
I paid $4,350 for 40.5 TH from Bitmain 3x S9s (I’ve heard of people’s getting pushed to Jan but they’re still honoring the device speeds)
Bitcoin October 25th was $5989 USD now it’s $15000 again today.
So far Canaan looks like they’re reneging and are so putting themselves in line with all the other mining companies that aren’t here anymore.
