The best OC for your card is yours. You can use people settings as a reference. Even experienced miners didn't do it that simple. Find the best tuning for your card by doing a step-by-step slide, slide up and slide down until you find a stable one. Trust me, you can do it, and it will be your best setting. You will feel "sasaful."
well, I'm not asking for the exact setting because I know even same brand card will have differences even in setting (I know because all 6 of my 1080 act all differently). I'm simply asking like a bench mark for reference. Like Neoscrype is mem heavy so I should start with lower mem oc? sorry, I should be more specific since I forgot this forum needs to be more specific

On Equihash (most stable where I can run it for days)
970 Ti - 100 / 500 / 75 - I get about 400~420mh
1080 - 100 / 450 / 75 - I get about 500~520mh
1080 Ti - 100 / 500 / 75 - I get in between 630~700mh on 3 different types of cards
Titan XP - 200 / 700 / 75 - - I get about 700~750mh on the starwars edition
On Ethash
RX 560 4gb - 1200 / 1950 / -30% modded - I get about 13~14mh
RX 580 8gb - 1200 / 2200 / -30% modded - I get about 30~32mh
