Assuming 208V and a safe 1,500w per miner * 14 = 21kW = 101A total so *should be good. Since there is something major screwy there...
This is NOT something for DIY or 3rd-party remote guessing!
yeah you are 3 phase so loads must be balanced
1+2
1+3
2+3
are the combos of the three phases
so the most load any can do is 66.6 x .8 = 53.28 amps
so
1+2 < 53 amps
1+3 < 53 amps
2+3 < 53 amps
but also balanced
so if the gear is 102 amps what is all your other shit say 30 amps
that is 132 amps of your 160 amp 80% derate
you are going to need some one with meters to see what each leg is doing
and to see if you are close to balanced.
can't fix via the forum
When we ran the meter all three legs were very close to balanced. Are they to be exact?
I had one electrician come and he figured it is a bad neutral connection, checked with the city so now I will be checking the shop side as well. I was hoping to run another 8 miners out of here. Each miner is essentially pulling 6.3 amps as I am on 220v. Which at 20 miners I should only be pulling 126 plus the other shit.
There is no way I can't pull what I am pulling - right now as I have 6 Avalon 741s running on 110v 60Amp panel at my home and they don't miss a beat. Any thoughts on the PSUs as this is my first time using these?? - my home miners are on EVGA 1300 Golds.
I am in a pretty big industrial area so I have to assume the power supply from the city is fine. It seems mostly like I am getting surges, as some of my other electronics have started acting weird that aren't on UPS systems.
Will update when the problem is solved.
Thanks All.
