Hello again,

Is it possible to use my ledger nano S address in my batch file to send my ETH there from ethermine?
Cheers

It would work for receiving ethers but when you spend, it'll be super slow because the ledger has to sign all the inputs again.  The CPU in the ledger is super slow compared to a PC.  If I were you I would collect all the ethers in a PC wallet first then send a bigger chunk to the ledger.

The other thing that you could do is increase the payout threshold via your pool to get larger amounts sent to the wallet in each transaction.

ETH address on your nano is on the blockchain, so u can send coin to this one. Ledger if i am fine hold the wallet.dat and your privkey. So your date never go on other hardware them your ledger, but your wallet is not "in the ledger" all wallet is on the blockchain, u only hold file and key.
