Thanks for all the feedback guys, now I understand that I can run a node if I want (on the Raspberry PI) but it's just too weak for mining.
The DIY hardware wallet for the PI is interesting, I'll do a quick google search for it, if there's a solution already for that

(lol) bitart, if you're serious about your question, yes it can run a Grin node with the right peripherals like HDD.
But you can't mine Grin with it alone.
Additionally, you don't even need a Grin node to mine Grin, that's only an option if you want to solo-mine Grin or contribute to the network by running a node.

The RPI is incredibly underpowered for such a task (and mining anything in general), and so it's not worth using the RPI to mine anything at all, though you could always try running a Grin node with it. You wouldn't be making very much at all even mining other coins with the RPI, and even if you had free electricity you'd likely be making pennies a month with it.
GRIN node doesn't have a specific requirement, and that will be different if we want to run MN on Raspberry. For me, raspberry will be very suitable to become my alternative(hardware) wallet. Staking is the only thing that can be done in this device. Because im using it right now.

I have absolutely no knowledge about mining, so it's legit, why wouldn't it be?You can check back if you have some spare days and read my entire post history, I'm OK with bitcoin, and with blockchain, but I have never wanted to mine anything (bitcoin or any shitcoin)
When the forum started to accept grin as a payment, I have started to think about mining this new alt but because I haven't got any equipment just a Raspberry I started the topic in the Beginner topic of the Mining thread. This topic has been moved here, because it's about an alt.
So if you're an experienced Jr. you could point me to the right direction where to start to search for the information.
