miner investment, you need to consider ROE, newbie, it will be better to choose new miner, orginal brand like whatsminer, bitmain...mining bitcoin. now, bitcoin halving, all miner price decreasing. it is good opportunity...

For a start, learn to read stickied posts like this one. They tend to have valuable information... In this case ref point-3.
In short, CPU's, FPGA's & GPU's are useless for mining Bitcoin. They *can* be used for mining various altcoins aka crapcoins but discussion of that belongs in the altcoin areas - not here.

Dear community! I need to know your opinion according to mining production. Frankly said, I’m not an expert in this topic, but already have known about some FPGA solution providers. But, there is a big deal for me to make the right choice regarding invest in full equipment without enough knowledge in it. Maybe, some of you up to date about any offers from existing miner’s providers, who suggest buying a part of one’s to try it out before buying a full? Thanks in advance.
