Using risers, the max will be 4.

Technically the answer 4 is correct, but you will need to use really old GPUs to plug into the PCI slots. Modern GPUs all use the PCIe slots.

So the practical answer is that you will only be able to use 2 GPUs.

you need to figure out what your doing if your gaming or mining, tbh since your being such a noob build yourself a dedicated mining rig instead of trying to build a rig that you mine and game on like some fool. this is a mining forum not a gaming one we don't give a shit that you play games

You need to do some more research into dedicated mining rigs before spending that kind of money. Check out a couple guides on www.myfirstminingrig.com or YouTube (lots of idiots on there so be careful) and you will learn some useful stuff that will help you determine how much you need to spend before looking for GPUs.

4x RX 570?

IF SO WOULD I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING MORE? I THINK I HAVE 750 WATT POWER SUPPLY

Might want to buy a new keyboard while you're at it, your CAPSLOCK key seems a bit sticky.
