I would suggest you to open up Task Manager to monitor network traffic before vs. during mining to see if there is any abnormal traffic. Also look at running processes for any suspicious ones. Maybe your computer is infected with virus, trojans... install latest virus protection tool and scan.

Hi! I think what you have to do is to update your major computer parts, especially those used for mining in order to not hamper your internet connections. There may be some instances whereby a lag in the internet is due to the slowness of your computer's CPU for that matter. So I guess you would have to verify how much energy consumption your mining takes in whilst using your computer.
If the miner is getting a poor signal, the excessive retries could be loading down the AP. If you have a separate AP for your mining setup, make sure it's on a different channel.

Graphics card and CPU are needed for mining. Could be your router cannot handle the stress of work that you put on it so I suggest testing the speed of your internet to see if that is the problem. You can also use task manager to close all the apps that use internet that u don't need to speed up the network in your house.
