Cool, can I use my account at cryptsy (which has a wallet for every currency) to enter for the outputs of my miner?

No, Do not mine directly to it..

Notice: Do NOT mine directly directly to your Cryptsy deposit address.
But i see no reason why you can't mine them and then send them to that address.

As far as mining programs are concerned, there's only two types of coins - scrypt and SHA256.  The miners don't care what the actual coin is.

The main issue is the multipool I want to join has far too many currencies for my current miners, I might want to mine four of these, but the most MacMiner gives is two mining options, and my others only one. Could it be setup in anyway to mine my four alt currencies with a better miner of some sort?

I've just checked out the multipool website coin webpage and have all the relevant details (stratum+tcp://pool1.eu.multipool.us:3332, [xxx]) but I'm not sure where to go from here, none of my other mining apps will let me mine for anything more than LTC or BTC. IS there a bespoke miner for OSX that lets you add your new currencies, or will this have to be programmed in some way? I can't find hardly any information about doing this on a mac.
