As one of the few people around here that have built anything of the size you are looking for I hope you find my answers somewhat helpful. Feel free to PM me if you are still looking for a consultant.

1. This really depends on how you build your datacenter. If you do it properly with high density hot/cold isles you really dont need that much space for 10mw. I could probably fit 10mw in less than 3000 sq m.

2. This is another thing that cannot simply be answered. It depends on the hardware you buy and how many different coins you want to mine. Filled with current gen sha256 bitmain tech you could make ~11 BTC per day or more.

3. The way that crypto datacenters keep costs down is by not using traditional air conditioning. It is all about the volume of air that you can move. With say 5200 machines you will need at least 1.3 million cfm on the intake side and about 10% more on the exhaust side. It is very important to bring fresh air in on the 'cold' side so that the machines are not recycling their own waste heat.

4. In this industry the way to build in a cost effective manner is sourcing most of what you need on the secondary market. Purchasing everything you need new will cost you 10x as much. Since the secondary market prices are always in flux, there is no real way to pin down specific costs. I would say try to shoot for a build cost of less than $500k USD per megawatt if you want to be cost efficient.

Hi guys,

I have serious funding lined up and two large real estate facilities to get into the mining business in Sweden- we plan to be mining all of the usual suspects in terms of crypto currencies. I have a lot of experience in Crypto but very little in mining, and I would love to hire a consultant to help in the process. If you're open please let me know.

A few questions:

1) I have 10 MW of power, how many cubic meters do you need on the floor to manage this?

2) What is the estimate on the amount of BTC we can produce, for example? (assume we can acquire the best machines available)

3) I have heard regarding cooling of machines is more about "taking the heat off rather than putting cool air on" - I don't understand that statement really. Given we are in Sweden and have a cold environment (and it doesn't get hot in the summer either) what are your suggestions?

4) If you're aware of any excel spreadsheets that run through the costs and variables it would be great.

Thanks!
