Most VPS providers will notice you pegging the CPU for extended periods of time. Read the ToS carefully.

Regardless, this would almost definitely not be worth it, if it's the only reason why you'd pay for a VPS.

You won't be able to make any profit. But if you have free VPS like amazon, google cloud... You will be rich Smiley)

what kind of awnser is this? spam alot?

your vps as mostly virtualized, means they are virtual maschines without gpu.
you could mine with the cpu but there is not much comming in. watch out for nimiq, which is browser blockchain and will change the game.

on cryptopia i saw someone selling a way to mine eth with server, but im pretty sure it is fake.

you wont get rich with mining alone.

Your desktop computer is too slow for mining bitcoin but you could mine some easier tokens that your desktop could handle.

Mining for Bitcoin, no.  If you want to mine some altcoin with the CPU move this to the altcoin section.  This is ASIC only country!  Wink
