I have a 90 acre parcel in central New York that I'm looking to develop into a Mining Park. The project is in an industrial zone, and within Oswego County (one of the most robust electricity producing regions of the state). I am planning on developing a solar farm and/or fuel cell array to further augment the cost of electricity for the project.
