You have a very low hashrate on your laptop's 950M video card. You may not be able to process a share before the next block hits. A 1080ti can do 60 Megahash per second... you are doing only about 1.5 Megahash per second.
You should not mine on a laptop anyway. It's cooling system is not built to run at 100%... you will destroy your laptop.

When i start the minder it detects the new blocks but doesnt start on them. (see below)
What did i do wrong and how can i fix it?
