It's pretty slow to mine with, but BitMinter.com has a java based miner that might work.

Nope not litecoins either.  You would lose far more money than you would ever make with such a low hash rate.  If you want to mine bitcoins, forget it unless you have serious $ to invest.  If you want to mine alt coins just for fun, and break even, maybe make a little profit, then you need to look into getting yourself a PC with graphics cards.  If you're serious, and need specifics, https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison isn't a bad place to start looking.

You mean 4KH/s Roll Eyes There's really no point in mining using your hardware as it will just be a waste of electricity and will pointlessly stress it.

You will make 1 US Cent a month with that hardware! There is no Gpu mining software for MAC's.

I am trying to mine, my macbooks runs 4000 hashes per second. Is that good? Should I do Litecoin instead?
