Your PC has a weak CPU and a weak integrated GPU, you can still mine some billion supply coins like shiba inu, babe doge, dogelon mars using the unminable pool here https://unmineable.com/coins forward your CPU to xmr and the gpu to xmr or etc, you will earn very few shiba coins per day.

Hello I wanted to start mining with my new computer and I have a couple of doubts I would appreciate your help. It is a computer built by the guy at the store where I bought the computer. I give you the data of the computer that I found in system information:

Processor amd athlon 3000g With radeon vega graphics 4 CPUs 3.5GHz. 8192 MBRAM. 480gb hard drive 2
Name AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 3 Graphics
Adapter RAM (2,147,483,648) bytes

Any advice on how to optimize mining? Is it risky to mine with this computer? I understand that it is not recommended to mine with computers that are not powerful enough. It could damage the computer in the short term or even already the first week if I start mining? I also think there are risks of viruses?

that computer is not able to mine any coin of any type in any meaningful amount.

It's better to read stickies before posting anything around. Informational overview about Bitcoin mining can be found in posts like this: BITCOIN MINING INTRO & RULES OF THIS SUBFORUM - READ BEFORE POSTING

TL/DR Summary:
 - You CANNOT meaningfully mine bitcoin with your PC or laptop no matter how powerful it is.
 - You CANNOT meaningfully mine bitcoin with your tablet or phone no matter how powerful it is.
 - Mining apps for your phone or tablet that claim to mine bitcoin are almost certainly scams.
 - You CANNOT find software here to mine bitcoin with your PC by itself.
 - You MIGHT be able to do one of the above with altcoins, but such discussion goes into the altcoin mining section.
 - You CANNOT find or post software here to mine on other peoples' PC without their permission.
