No, i which router need that antminer will work?

Wifi router able ?

any router is ok, it will work with your miner, better not to use wifi, it's less stable and connection is worse, than standard cable(cat 5-6 is good enough)

+12V how many should will be about good psu volt and amper ?

for what miner? what is the wattage of your miner?

I should will use wifi router if just router ?

The wording makes this very hard to understand.

But yes you can use a router with or without wifi.

It really does not need to be anything special.  I personally like to run a cable to the miners instead of wifi, but that is a personal preference.

Chances are what ever router you have now will work fine.
