@OP you REALLY wanna mod those bios' and undervolt, you will see big improvement not only in hash but using less watts as well!
You dont wanna mine Zcash because it's Nvidia dominated, there's really no point and more profitable things to mine for your specific card

Yes it voids warranty but most flash back to stock when they RMA it

No, it doesn't flag if bios was overwritten or anything. And on some GPUs they offer firmware upgrades also.
