Seems just like another LTCGear gone wrong.

These guys were sweeping up after LTCGear went offline, few folk got on the band wagon with "Legitimate Cloud Mining" etc, but obviously didn't pan out well for them.

Tbh, figures are seen show they are larger than what I originally thought.

Paypal replied bitcoin coin related transactions are not egligible for buyer protection.

Well i got my paypal refund today for the full amount. And a crypto buddy of mine got his refund yesterday. So it must be about how you present your case, or enough people have filed complaints. Who knows but i have my last funds back so my overall loss hurts a bit less.

Well you replied to a post which was nearly 2 weeks ago, which a lot could've happened and within this set of time, paypal might have reconsidered their laws on bitcoin-related issues.

As expected... Most of these smaller cloud mining farms would eventually have to close shop. Rising difficulty and the halving will have a big impact on the small miners, while all the all the power will gravitate towards the bigger mining farms. I guess Satoshi didn't foresee the eventual invention of asic mining.

I did the same, and I know another guy that did as well. If enough people do this, Paypal will see it was a scam and refund us. I only used paypal for 1 transaction. BTC for the rest. I lost 6 BTC in total. Sucks, but such is crypto.

Because they are just the same ponzi site which will collapse anytime. I know it is still paying till this day, but it is not a guarantee that they will always pay.
Most member here just wanna advise others not to trust this kind of ponzi site, that's all.

Cloud mining always means at some point they will be unable to operate and similar thing happened to this miningsweden. All of the hyips and cloud mining sites will shut down if they fail to attract new investors daily. Cloud mining and hyips are only for short term profit don't think of getting profit for long term out of them.

A real life Paypal chargeback case; the context of the case aside, charge back is what many Bitcoin enthusiast fears. Keep us informed of the outcome.
