Just remember algos that you cant mine. This way easier and you can use all calculators that gives you a greater choice of coins.
Right now - RVN, BEAM, PGN, BITC are most profitable for 1063

Thanks, seems that they aren't so much profitable compared to exp but still a nice increase.

Currently i'm mining expanse due to the low DAG size, but in whattomine I see listed many coins that aren't currently available on the 3gb version.

Is there a mining calculator that check the memory size of the choosen cards and is able to only list the available coins?

I don't think so there is any site which will provide you filtered results based on memory size but you can always check the coin algorithm and just google search the requirements of it.

This is a site that I used to check for mining profitability and has an option for 1060 3GB and 6GB but it doesn't seem to work.
