Wo I doubt if any one will fall to this,he admit being a thief so what happen f you are caught?Then we lose our mining rig ,you can make a fraud out of it by just posting that your house was raided and equiptment was confiscated there is no guarantee here..

which if you look at Hashnest, a reputable cloud miner, they will provide you the hashes and the maintenance fee is only 33%. So not only do you not risk a thief with your miners in a third world country which will probably notice the amount of power that is being consumed by his house after installing miners, you GET PAID MORE than if he hosted them.

I have few questions for you OP, do you mind to answer and add it in your main post? I'm sure that it will be helpful in convincing more investor if you have answered it correctly 
. First, are you familiar with bitcoin mining?. Second, do you know how to setup a mining rig and do you know where it should be placed? Last will be, have you ever tried to mine bitcoin? or know someone , a friend in your town maybe, that is familiar with bitcoin mining?

Sounds quite risky to me also but I bet if you get 1 person to bite other will as well, lemmings!
You have to be a little careful as well because if you run a too many miners your usage will become easily noticeable, if it's tracked.
Most multi miner operations need dedicated circuits installed to handle the draw and it is not a small amount.

I live in Albania,a small country in Europe. The political system here is very corrupted and criminals so they dont care a lot for the people of the country. People have been stealing energy for the past 10-15 years and even with the new reforma in 2013 a lot of people still steal energy,and i am one of them. Don't judge me because a lot of people steal here. Anyway my energy is free and i have been thinking to mine bitcoins,but the problem is that i don't have capital to buy them.So if anyone is interested to work with it has to buy them and send to me by mail. Im willing to pay him 65 % of what miner earn. I can guarante that the system will not change for at least 2-3 years because a lot of people think that what i am talking it isnt true. But i can prove it. In the worst case i gurantee to return the miners.

It is very risky for someone to send all those mining rigs because if the government detect that you are staling the electricity then they will confiscate whatever they found if you do not pay to them the tickets for stealing, i would better suggest you to borrow money from relatives or get a loan without interest if you can.
