Is anybody able to mine with this video card?

No. Most intergrated/mobile GPU's don't support OpenCL. Locked

Not really since you risk decaying or breaking your laptop due to the unusual workload. If you want to mine, anything is worth using, in your case, invest a bit in some serious cooling pads.
