wow! 350 mh/s it's a lot!

Actually, it isn't worth.

You shouldn't mine with it for me

I agree here, esp with usb erupters out now...

I stopped mining with my Mac awhile back. However, if you can't find MacMiner I could upload it and put it on a dropbox (if you really want to use your Mac to mine). I know it took me a little bit of hunting to find.

For some reason, I had read the OP as asking if it was possible to mine on a mac as in with focus on the operating system (ie: can i mine on a macXXX?).  I was going to mine mention that as long as he had a c compiler there was no reason not to look at open source miners, etc.  lol

np, there are a few options you can use to tweak the mining, but it's not very well documented (unless it's been updated). I would check out the 'Help' area inside MacMiner, I think for the most part the options are similar to cgminer.

I have a mid-2011 iMac 27", I was mining with it for awhile... it's not a horrible miner.

I've got the upgraded 2GB video card, usually I would let it mine while I was gone. I would recommend a few things if you wanted to go this route.

There's a program called MacMiner, it's a drag-drop-open app, then you put in the server info and start, works really well. It's probably not the ideal miner though, it does have some drawbacks, but it's the easiest to use on a Mac. Also, I have iStats (believe it's called), which allows me to change the fan settings from Auto -> Med -> High, when on High it keeps the GPU temps down to about 120F, Med is about 140-150F, Auto 175+F, so it's really nice to have the fans set to high when miner.

I was getting around 250-350mH/s (yea, big gap there...). I eventually just stopped using the machine to mine.
