It's probably people mining Fractal Bitcoin, but again, this shouldn't affect your payout, it should be the buyer's responsibility to ensure they use the hashrate correctly otherwise, as long as MRR sees your hashrate coming in, they should figure out a way to account the buyer for that, I don't know how MRR do all their calculations but if because the end-user is doing something wrong -- your payouts drop, you should stop using MRR.

thx for help

but I am the landlord and everything is OK with my hardware, software and internet connection.

It doesn't happen with everyone who rents our rig and, as I said, with Antpool/Nicehash etc. our rig runs 24/7

MRR Support wrote us, some new Renter (Joined last 3-4 Days MRR and create new Account) will be mine some new coin on instable pools
Well if you post in their discord maybe someone, perhaps an admin, will be able to troubleshoot why that's been happening.
If they said it's in relation to a new coin, it's likely some pools for this coin run with sub-optimal params.

Start a ticket with their support.
Perhaps people renting you a rig are pointing it to pools with a faulty config.

Unless someone investigates what parameters the people renting your rig were using, where they were trying to point it and for what coin, we can't really figure out much like this.
Yes, it's likely that it was attempted to mine something that wasn't right, or that the pool was shitty and didn't adjust its share requests... Maybe the pool had connection issues. Who knows. Someone with more access should troubleshoot this. Afaik MMR admins provide support via their Discord also, it would certainly be a more dedicated place to start this discussion.

Edit: Also as others pointed out, I don't think MMR is worth it for renting SHA256 hashrate based on the prices provided. Unless you want to rent a very small order then it's ok, because nicehash has large minimums.

Du u think it is possible if the Miner have 0 Hasrate?

Well, it can be possible since we do not know how trusted the seller is you should always check their activity first and rental history before buying hashrate on that seller.
And honestly, stealing hashrate is not the only reason why the hashrate drops sometimes maybe the owner has unstable internet that keeps the miner disconnected frequently.

You should always check the RPI or rental activities if all show green then the seller can be trusted but if it shows some yellow or red activity then the seller can not be trusted and it is possible they are stealing your hashrate.

Are you sure that you trusted the hashrate seller on miningrigrentals? Maybe they are stealing your hash rate since they are the one who controls the miners?

Anyway, try to mine other coins or try to change the pool to Viabtc to test.

You can find all other coins to mine with sha-256 algo from this link below

But i make with MRR much more money as Antpool or Nicehash. This Pools work very well, i think the problem was the new sha 256 coin. Because i saw a lot of rig with same issue in the last 2-3 days

Hello dear community,

I have been renting my rig from MiningRigRentals for 4-5 days and have the following problem. From time to time the hashrate drops and I can't explain why. As soon as I set the status “not available” and the miners run via the Antpool, which I have deposited in MiningRigRentals, everything works 24/7 without problems but as soon as I rent the miners I have these problems from time to time in the last few days. Enclosed is a graphic of the history, there is also something marked “purple” in the last section where the pool was not accessible. Does anyone have an idea or similar problems? Thanks a lot
