Seems there is many problems with the site as the user above wrote you have to email them or use a customer support ticket I believe peoples problems are being solved individually. They are under a heavy load.
I have not logged into that place for a while. I see my coin balances , but there seems no withdraw button for them? You need to trade them into btc and withdraw that?
