Topic: Mintpal Returned Two Of My Deposits (Read 638 times)
I am having problems even getting onto the site, while on there yesterday the site seemed rather slow, so I removed all my NAUT coins and BTC, Cryptorush comes to mind and that was a bloody blood bath getting all my coins out in time.
I directed funds from two different coins to be deposited to our Mintpal account, after about 40mins I was told there were no confirmation for either deposit, so I completed a ticked. within the next hour Mintpal returned both deposits, but didn't indicate why they were not honored.
I see no tweets or general announcement about deposit issues, and received no comprehensive response to our ticket so I am refraining for resending until I get some official word.
