You will get nowhere bringing it to their attention either, even with proof. One day we will have a decent exchange (besides cryptsy) where actual honesty is rewarded.
I have also thought it was strange these coins were on top with hardly any btc donations.

After Cryptometh got added last week mintpal have now started accepting bot votes. This week Information Coins bot beat out Entropy Coins bot to take the top spot this week.
So going forwarding getting onto mintpal has never been easier.
1. Create about 30-50 accounts and do enough trades on them until you allowed to vote.
2. Use a bot program of your choice to cycle through each account and vote hourly.
Simple as that and much more cost effective then throwing btc at a coin.
Unfortunately for Cryptometh the trade volumes have plummeted aswell as the price but I am sure the dev managed to get some decent btc out of it.
