You can as well create a new exchange and benefit from the famous name to attract users  Smiley

As far as I can see there are no trademarks, etc. Could be a cool project if you invest time in it.

Mintpal is doomed... people are going to be away from them or preparing to sue them so it's better getting a domain name of some legit looking site.

Just a heads up... If 'Mintpal' is a registered trademark for that company, they can sue you and take that web address from you.  Dont spend a bunch of money on this.

They can only sue to take it, if the domain is being used to slander their company. And Im pretty sure Mintpal isn't registered anywhere anyways. Itd be cheaper for them to buy the domain off of you than hire a lawyer and go through courts.

Mintpal is not a registered trademark anywhere in the world, I have searched. Even if it was... they'd prefer to acquire it rather than go through the effort of trademark lawsuits.

If any of you are interested, I have the http://mintpal.exchange/ new domain for sale.
I'm sure plenty of disgruntled users of Mintpal would love to have that domain.

Domain Name:      mintpal.exchange
Starting price: 20$

Auction Rules:

1. Whoever wins this auction pays first. Or we can use escrow which you'll pay, but by my choice.
2. Whoever wins this auction must complete trade in less than 24 hours.
3. Payment is in Bitcoin or through namecheap's domain selling system

Cheers
