The Blockchain is a very powerful tool and can be used to decentralized anything, making it transparent so that the world at large could see it without it being compromised, I have not seen any technology as of this before and government of the world have known that they can't do anything to stop it this is why they are now embracing it, though still looking for ways they can control the holders of this coins.
