You can always check the balances on an alternate block explorer. Sometimes blockchain.info doesnt sync fully with balances or transactions. They really need to sort that out seeing as it's pretty much the most popular explorer.

Basically  I withdrew some money from an online casino and they proved it went through to my blockchain.info wallet.

However the wallet didn't update this into my account.

They gave me proof and I sent it to support - however, even though I can see it in one of my receiving bitcoin addresses - it didn't enter my current wallet??!

I checked the transaction 442a09821ef2e6926d62620fcedb63851725f6e866baf58640c989103e1b62b7 looks like 715 confirmations via https://btc.blockr.io/ so it did go through!

By going throigh 'Export Unencrypted', its shows me the addresses in the wallet, together with its private key ("priv"). Erm, now what can I do as this seems that there is a display/accounting bug - the funds are there but just not displaying correctly?Huh

In the simplest way how can i get this back into my account??? Not too technical at all.

Easiest way to solve the problem is to send a support ticket to blockchain.info and ask them to check the bugs.

Another way is to import the private key to another wallet and send the bitcoin to an address in your blockchain.info wallet.
Download Electrum from https://electrum.org/
Select "Bitcoin-qt Format" when you export your key on blockchain.info, and import the key to your Electrum wallet
Use Electrum to send the bitcoin back to a new address in your blockchain.info

When you press on export unencrypted press f3 and copy paste either 1BcnwP1UtBJoWnCprVEYCrhW5H9zTGoDB5 or 14snVkD2PBo85anH6CRGAGx1vDAXxMajPm when you find one of those copy paste it's private key and import in to the new wallet the balance should appear then.
